Please Remember... A Pet is Not just for Christmas
Having adopted 2 dogs from PAWS back in the late 1990's both my wife and I were instrumental in getting them On-Line with their first website I have included a link here to PAWS the Peoples Animal Welfare Society and would ask any animal lovers out there that may be considering getting a dog to consdider adopting a dog from Gina and her team who each year find themselves bombarded with pups who are given as christmas presents but then find themselves unwanted after the children return to school, PAWS and other animal shelters will be overwhelmed with unwanted animals in January, most of these groups rely on your charity to keep going so please consider a donation.
It's not just pups though, Gina and Co. are also instrumental in rescuing neglected and abused animals, nursing them back to health and finding new loving homes for them.
